The IFBB has always maintained that it has a random drug testing policy in place that all active athletes are subject to. Until now, it was always thought that this rule was just some phantom policy that was placed "on the Books" to look good for outside parties. |

Three days before they were set to go to trial, Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan finalized a plea deal on Friday afternoon with the District Attorney in Las Vegas.
Titus and Ryan were set to go to trial after being brought up on multiple charges in the 2005 death of Melissa James, a former friend and personal assistant to the couple who was living with them in Las Vegas at the time of her death. Police found the remains of James in a Jaguar that had been set on fire in the desert. Titus and Ryan were found weeks later in Boston, Massachusetts after a nation-wide manhunt and were presumably preparing to leave the country.

We heard it last night on Pro Bodybuilding Weekly, but we've heard it before. So, after hearing the rumors that eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman was seriously contemplating a return to the stage in 2009, we decided to hear it from the man himself.
"Yeah," Coleman told FLEXONLINE.COM this afternoon, "I'll come back and probably be doing the Arnold [Classic] or something like that. Or some big European show. I'm really big in Europe and people appreciate me a whole lot over there. I'm really thinking Australia [for the Australian Grand Prix], that's a big possibility." |

February 16, 2008. The 19th rendition of the IRONMAN Pro is now in the history Books and tonight's show proved to be one of the deepest lineups ever. By the time the first callout was over, two men stood ahead of the rest-Phil Heath and Gustavo Badell. Badell, a 2005 Ironman Champion, was coming off a mediocre 2007 Mr. Olympia showing and he was determined to make a statement. Heath, after winning 2 Pro Shows-- New York and Colorado- in his rookie season and placing 4th at the 2007 Arnold, was looking to prove he was the real deal! |
